Practice good hygiene

Good hygiene includes: washing your hands frequently with soap and water, especially after using the bathroom, before eating, and after being in a public place; showering or bathing daily; brushing your teeth twice a day; wearing clean, breathable clothing; wearing deodorant; washing your face daily; and trimming your fingernails and toenails regularly.

How to Practice good hygiene

  1. Wash your hands often. Make sure you wash your hands before and after meals, after using the restroom, and after coming into contact with germs. Also, make sure you use soap and lukewarm water.
  2. Take regular showers or baths. It’s important to take a shower or bath at least once a day. This will help keep your skin and hair clean and healthy.
  3. Brush your teeth twice a day. Brushing your teeth twice a day for two minutes each time is important for keeping your teeth and gums healthy.
  4. Wear clean clothes. Make sure you wear clean clothes every day and change them when they become dirty.
  5. Trim your nails. Keeping your nails trimmed and clean will help prevent the spread of germs.
  6. Use deodorant. Deodorant will help keep you smelling fresh and prevent body odor.
    Also maintain proper hygiene of your surrounding to keep yourself and others safe.

Grooming routine

  1. Cleanse: Use a gentle hydrating cleanser to remove dirt, oil, and makeup from your face.

How to effectively wash your body in the shower or bath

  1. Begin by wetting yourself with warm water.
  2. Apply a small amount of body wash to a washcloth, loofah, or bath puff.
  3. Gently scrub your body, starting with the top of your head and working your way down to your toes. Work key areas like armpits and cracks.
  4. Rinse the body wash from your body and scrubbing tool with warm water.
  5. Rinse yourself with a final cool rinse.
  6. Finally, pat dry your skin with a towel.
  7. Apply a moisturizer to your body if needed.
